Our recent Customer Service Survey revealed the following about the BodyWell Group:

96% of our patients reported they would refer a friend or family member.

100% said their telephone experience and service was excellent.

100% said that our staff are always happy to help and ready to provide any assistance.

100% said our car park and garden is always clean and today.

100% said our that our Centre is always clean and fresh.

98% said our doctors listen, answer all questions clearly, gives clear advice, are proficient and knowledgeable, and give me the information I need.

88% said our waiting time less than 5 minutes.

98% said our fees are fair and reasonable.

95% reported they have better posture.

92% reported they have no longer have any more pain.

98% reported they have less pain.

78% reported they take less medication following care at BodyWell.

96% reported having more energy.

89% reported sleeping better.

100% said they return because of our service because we take their health seriously.
